📋 About the Booking
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability, especially during high season. We accept bookings with a minimum of one (1) hour's notice, but availability for such immediate services is not guaranteed and will depend on vehicle allocation.
We monitor the status of all flights to optimize the pickup time and offer a more efficient service. We include 30 minutes of courtesy waiting time at the airport, counted from the moment the plane lands. After this time, additional waiting charges will apply.
Yes, you can cancel any service at no cost with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, charges may apply.
✈️ About the Service
Your driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall, right after the baggage claim area. They will be holding a sign with your name so you can easily identify them, upon request.
Our team of drivers is multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, and Italian to cater to travelers from all over the world and ensure smooth communication. All our drivers speak at least Spanish, English, and Catalan, but if you need a driver who speaks another language, please request it at the time of booking so we can assign the right driver for you.
Yes. We offer child seats and booster seats. It is important that you inform us at the time of booking so we can provide the appropriate seat for the child's age.
The luggage capacity depends on the vehicle selected. An Executive Sedan has space for 2-3 standard suitcases, while a Premium Minivan has capacity for much more. It is important that you inform us about your luggage volume when booking to ensure the vehicle is the right one.

Yes. One of our biggest advantages is that we offer a fixed and transparent price. You will know the exact cost of your transfer before confirming the booking, with no surprises, meters, or hidden charges.
We offer multiple options for your convenience. You can pay securely online with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), directly to the driver in cash and card, or via bank transfer for corporate clients. We also accept digital platforms like PayPal or Bizum.
